What college or university to apply to

For several weeks, your application to colleges and/or universities will be under advisement.After that, you will receive a letter of congratulations or one of denial.Almost all colleges and universities have websites where in you can put your application.Online applications are processed faster than mail applications.If you make an online application, you will be charged to your major credit card.Sending your application along with a check or money order is an alternative for being charged to your credit card.It is advised that you don't ever send cash through the mail.If you already received the collegeor university's acceptance, it is advised that you start planning to enroll.Acceptance and enrollment are not the same.

You shouldn't expect that you will automatically be enrolled after being accepted.Once you enroll, you will be given a class schedule and if requested, a campus room will be assigned .You can choose from different living arrangements: on-campus housing, living with roommates, living alone or living at home with family.
